Dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and blood on the shower wall. We were “upgraded” to a room that was absolutely filthy.
When we arrived, we asked for an upgrade or room change (we had booked a volcano view room, but it’s currently not operational due to the upcoming F1 race). The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the strip with anything you could ever need very close by.
